Hi friends!

Before the worship set this morning I thought I would pull the camera out and give you a little video tour of the Ableton Live rig that we use to run Loops and Click LIVE during worship sets. See youtube video embed below —>

I’m with you Brandon! Don’t mean to butt in guys, but I’m pretty desperately seeking to get one of these pedals too. I’ve recently had the same experience from the Younfx website… No response. This pedal will do exactly what I want to do. Please help us Matt!! haha :)

    Matt,
Not trying to bug you man, but if you have any other contact info for this Ability pedal I’d love it if you could hook me up with that. I’ve emailed and emailed and havent heard anything, and from what I’ve read online the website isnt really functioning (people saying they’ve never heard back from emails, people saying that orders dont go through, etc). I’d love to get one of these pedals, but if they arent making them anymore then I guess I’ll try my luck with another midi foot controller.

Any info would be great. Thanks Matt.

    yep! check out younfx.com

  4. Very cool. Thanks for your help. Does that guy still make those ability controller’s? I think that piece of gear would be such a great thing to have.

    hey brandon!

i make most of the loops in reason, then export them individually (without click).
then i bring the loops in ableton, and assign them to scenes. I edit the launch tempo in each scene to correspond with the song. then I just use the click built into ableton.
if you have any questions, just let me know!
    happy looping,
    matt

  6. Matt,
Great video man. One question…do you build your own loops and click in Reason and then put it in Ableton? Im a newbie to some of this stuff but very interested.

    Thanks man.
    Brandon
